Floor compound LM 6000

A cement-based, casein-free semi-dry floor compound that hardens and dries rapidly, and can be manually applied. Uses: casting, straightening, filling and grading of concrete floors. Surface levelling is recommended. Largest grain size 1.2 mm. Layer thickness 10-250 mm. Dry usage: around 1.8 kg/m2/mm. Ready-to-apply compound around 10-11 l/20 kg.

QS 30 Quick-hardening floor compound

A special concrete with a special cement binder that features extremely rapid strength gaining, suitable for repairs and casting of concrete structures, and applications requiring rapid drying, such as renovation casting. Compressive strength around 20 MPa. Largest grain size 1.2 mm. Ready-to-apply compound 9-10 l/20 kg. Casting thickness 5-300 mm. Dry usage: around 1.7kg/m2/mm.

A fibre-reinforced, casein-free floor underfloor heating filler with a special cement binder that hardens and dries rapidly, and can be manually applied. Use: underfloor heating filler for indoor concrete and primed plasterboard floors. Largest grain size 1.2 mm. Layer thickness 10-80 mm. Dry usage: around 1.8 kg/m2/mm.

Floor concrete LB 7

Special cement based, pumpable and rapidly drying floor concrete. Suitable for casting graded floors, conduit filling and applications where the structure must be taken into use rapidly, such as pipe renovations. Compressive strength around 40 MPa Fibre-reinforced. Layer thickness 10 - 150 mm. Dry usage: around 1.8 kg/m2/mm.

Fescorapid

A quickly hardening and drying repair plaster with a special cement binder for repairing holes in a concrete floor, correcting the floor grade, and repairing and levelling stairs. Strength approx. 30 MPa, maximum grain size 0.6 mm, and layer thickness 2-20 mm. Usage: 1.5 kg/m2/1 mm.

Flow Primer

Brush-on primer for surface pretreatment before floor levelling. Flow Primer improves the adhesion of floor levelling compounds, reduces or eliminates the formation of air bubbles, and prevents water contained in the floor levelling compound from being absorbed into the surface too quickly. Usage: Hollow-core slab surfaces: about 10 m2/l. Cast-in-place concrete surfaces: about 5 m2/l. Plaster and wood surfaces: about 7 m2/l. Mixing ratio: Concrete surfaces and surfaces with cement-based levelling: 1 part Flow Primer, 3 parts water. Surfaces that cannot withstand moisture, e.g. plaster and wood surfaces: Use undiluted. For indoor use.
