Silicate Primer

Product description

Fescon Silicate Primer is a primer and a thinner for reinforcing mineral bases and thinning the Fescon Silicate Paint for indoor and outdoor use.

Instructions

When using the Silicate Primer for priming, thin it with 2:1 water. Wash the tools with water immediately after use; we recommend cleaning the tools also during breaks.

The base must be solid, clean and dry, and it must not have grease, wax, silicone or dust or any other impurities that reduce adhesion.

Apply the Silicate Primer by brushing or spraying. The best result can be achieved by spreading the product with a brush. Drying conditions: temperature at least 20°C and relative humidity of the air no more than 65%. Can be overpainted after around 12 hours, drying is complete after around 4-5 days. Paint according to the work instructions of the Fescon Silicate Paint

Waste handling

Hardened product and empty, dry packages can be delivered to a landfill. A liquid product must be delivered to a hazardous waste reception point.
