Refer to the bag for how much water the plaster requires. Add the dry material to the water and mix with a concrete mixer for around ten minutes. With a power mixer or a drill paddle, around one to two minutes of mixing is sufficient. Allow the plaster to stand for around ten minutes and mix it again for a short while. Find the correct consistency at this stage by gradually adding the rest of the water. We do not recommend adding all of the water right at the start. The finished plaster remains workable for around two hours.
Clean the base of loose dust and dirt. Remove cement paste from concrete surfaces. Wet the dry base until it darkens. The best time to wet the surface is the previous night.
Casting
Pump the plaster to the casting location that is damp enough to be darker in colour, and compact carefully. In floor surface casting, the old base can be reinforced with plastic dispersion spread on a dry surface.
Plastering
In plastering, the plaster is sprayed onto a surface that is damp enough to be darker in colour. Recommended layer thickness is around 6-20 mm.
You must care for the fresh casting and plastering surface by spraying with water and/or protecting it with a plastic film. The need for aftercare depends on the conditions. It should continue for at least one to three days.
Waste handling
Hardened product and empty, dry packages can be delivered to a landfill. A liquid product must be delivered to a hazardous waste reception point.
