Product description

Waterproofing accessories VE can be used in all Fescon WS and Fescoseal waterproofing systems. The product family includes: waterproofing strip, inner and outer corners, and through-hole flanges. The waterproofing compounds are made of butyl, with a surface made of polypropylene fabric for extra strength. 

  • The through-hole flange must be one size smaller than the hole to be waterproofed. VE-L 70 is suited for a 110 mm sewer pipe, VE-L 55 for 75 mm pipes, VE-L 40 for tap angle boxes and 50 mm pipes, VE-L 23 for 32 mm pipes, and VE-L 10 for smaller through-holes.
  • Waterproofing strip VE-N is 120 mm wide. The length of inner and outer corners is 135 mm in both directions; the total width of the floor and wall is 120 mm. 
  • Waterproofing strip VE-N is suitable for airtightness repairs together with Fescoseal A+B.

Installation
  • Spread the waterproofing compound into the corners, where two elements meet, and into through-holes. VE waterproofing accessories compatible with the system are attached to the wet waterproofing compound. Spread the waterproofing compound thoroughly over the strengthening strips using a brush or roller. Make sure that the strips are fully attached to the waterproofing compound below, with no exposed parts. The strengthening strips must be between two waterproofing compound layers. 
Other points to note 
  • Waterproofing is carried out in accordance with RT cards and RIL guidelines.
