Mixing

Liquid components A and B are poured into the mixing bucket and mixed for 30 seconds. Ensure that the containers are completely emptied before mixing. Once the liquid resin mixture is uniform, add half of component C and mix for approximately 1 minute until the mixture is homogeneous. Make sure the first half of component C is fully blended with the resin. Then repeat the process by adding the remaining half of component C. Mixing time may vary slightly depending on ambient and material temperatures. Once the mixture is smooth and free of lumps, bring the material to the application area without delay.

Application instructions

Apply the coating with a rubber squeegee and finish by rolling.

Notes

The components must be mixed mechanically. The ideal ambient and installation temperature range is between +12°C and +25°C. It is important to consider the effect of the dew point to avoid moisture formation in the primer.

Colour Grey, cream, yellowish brown, red, and green
Package size Component A: 1.20 kg polyol emulsion, Component B: 1.25 kg polyisocyanate, Component C: 4.2 kg fillers, Total set: 6.65 kg Pigment: 0.3 kg
Storage

Unopened packaging: 6 months

All components of the Nanten ColorPUR system must be stored under cover and off the ground, in a dry space at temperatures above +5°C and below +25°C. This is especially important for component C, which may cure and clump, rendering it unusable. Protect all components from freezing, including during transport.

Direct sunlight or other strong heat sources can cause uneven temperature rises in stored materials. Such products must not be used until their temperature has stabilized, as uneven curing may occur during application.
