Tuotekuvaus

Fescon Primer PLUS is a water-soluble, synthetic rubber latex with additives improving adhesion. The product is designed for the priming of non-absorbent surfaces before levelling. Not suitable for use together with solvent-based adhesives. For indoor use.

Base 

  • The substrate must be clean, solid, and dust-free, and vacuumed.
  • All dirt, oil, grease, and loose material must be removed. If necessary, the substrate should be roughened.
  • The substrate must be sufficiently strong, dimensionally stable, and load-bearing.
  • The temperature of the base floor structure must be > +10°C.
  • Corrosion-sensitive metal surfaces must be protected before priming.

Mixture

  •  The product is ready-to-use

Applying the primer

  • The well-mixed primer is applied as a thin, even layer by brushing (avoid puddles).
  • The primer must have dried before further work; its drying time around 1 hour (+15oC / 50% RH).
  • Wash tools and equipment with water immediately.

Other considerations

  • Not suitable for use together with solvent-based adhesives
