Base
The base must be sufficiently sturdy and firm remove any unevenness and cement paste before beginning meshing work.
Work instructions
Spread the Reinforcing Mortar evenly over the entire surface, press the fibreglass mesh into the wet mortar with a 10 cm overlap, and level the surface. During work, ensure that the mesh is fully embedded in the mortar layer. Around openings, we recommend diagonal meshing using strips cut from fibreglass mesh. In corners, use Fescon corner beads (alternatively, fold the fibreglass mesh around corners and window frames).
